No. ClarityMed only analyzes public-facing website content. We never access, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI). The generated websites use HIPAA-compliant third-party form providers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page at any time. Your sites stay live until the end of your billing period, then transition to read-only.
What happens to my sites if I downgrade?
Sites exceeding your new plan's limit are paused (not deleted). Upgrade at any time to reactivate them. You can always export your site as a ZIP on any plan.
How accurate is the AI-generated content?
Content is generated from information publicly available on the practice's existing website, plus healthcare-specific defaults. You review and approve all content before deployment.
Is the Vercel hosting included?
Yes, on Starter and above. Deployment is fully managed — no Vercel account needed. Custom domains connect via a simple CNAME record.
